YIQUEST.COM TERMS OF SERVICE Effective date: 16 September 2026 These Terms of Service ("Terms") are a legally binding agreement between you and YiQuest.com ("YiQuest", "we", "us"), the operator of the YiQuest.com platform and of every storefront operated on that platform, including without limitation PixelForge, PaperNest, AquaCove, and any other current or future brand store operated by YiQuest (together, the "Stores"). By visiting a Store, creating an account, placing an order, or clicking to agree to these Terms, you accept them. 1. Scope These Terms govern all access to and use of the Stores and related services, including catalog browsing, accounts, checkout, payment, shipping, returns, reviews, and customer chat. A purchase from any Store is a contract with YiQuest.com under these Terms, even if the Store uses a different brand name. 2. Eligibility and accounts You must have legal capacity to enter a contract. If you use a Store on behalf of an organization, you represent that you are authorized to bind it. You are responsible for your login credentials and for all activity under your account. Keep contact, billing, and shipping details accurate. 3. Orders, pricing, and payment Listing a product is an invitation to treat. Your order is an offer to buy. YiQuest may accept, refuse, or cancel an order (including for stock, pricing error, suspected fraud, export/import restrictions, or an incomplete address). Prices are displayed in the Store's checkout currency. Whether tax is included is shown on the Store. Payment is collected through the methods offered at checkout. Until YiQuest confirms acceptance, no sale is formed. 4. Shipping, title, and risk Delivery windows are estimates, not guarantees. You must provide a complete address in a country the Store ships to. Unless mandatory law says otherwise, risk of loss passes when we hand the goods to the carrier. Cross-border shipments may incur duties, VAT/GST, inspections, or delays; those costs and delays are yours unless we expressly agree otherwise at checkout. 5. Cancellations, returns, and refunds You may cancel an unpaid order until it is captured. After shipment, returns follow this baseline unless a Store page states a stricter or more generous rule that we honor for that order: (a) Unused goods in original packaging: return within 30 days of delivery. (b) Paper goods, opened hygiene/consumable items: non-returnable once unwrapped, except damage in transit. (c) Live plants and similar perishable livestock: size and appearance may vary by season; non-returnable except dead-on-arrival claims reported within 48 hours with photos. (d) Opened electronics or aquarium equipment: return within 14 days only if unused and complete with accessories. Refunds go to the original payment method after we inspect the return. We may refuse returns that are incomplete, used beyond inspection, or shipped back without authorization. Bad-faith chargebacks may lead to account suspension. 6. Product information We describe products in good faith. Photos, colors, dimensions, and live plants may vary slightly. Minor variations that do not affect material function are not a defect. We may correct obvious pricing or specification errors and cancel the affected order with a refund of amounts paid. 7. Acceptable use You must not scrape, overload, or interfere with the platform; bypass security or payment flows; use another person's payment instrument without authority; post unlawful, infringing, or misleading content; or use the Stores for any illegal purpose. 8. Intellectual property YiQuest, the Stores, and their licensors own the trademarks (including "YiQuest.com" and each Store name), logos, site design, product copy, and software. You receive only a limited, revocable license to use the Stores for shopping. You may not copy, resell, or reverse engineer the platform. 9. Reviews and messages Reviews and chat must be honest and lawful. We may moderate, refuse, or remove content. Transactional email and in-app messages are part of the service. 10. Disclaimer and limitation of liability To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Stores are provided "as is" and "as available". YiQuest's aggregate liability arising out of any order is limited to the amount you paid YiQuest for that order. YiQuest is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, punitive, or consequential damages, lost profits, or data loss. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under applicable consumer-protection law. If you are a consumer, you retain all non-waivable statutory rights. 11. Indemnity You will indemnify YiQuest.com and the Stores against claims, losses, and reasonable legal fees arising from your misuse of the platform, inaccurate information, or breach of these Terms, except to the extent caused by YiQuest's willful misconduct. 12. Changes We may update these Terms. The version presented when you agree (including at checkout or registration) governs that transaction. For continued browsing, the posted version applies after notice. If you do not agree, stop using the Stores. 13. Suspension and termination We may suspend or close an account for breach, fraud, chargeback abuse, or legal risk. You may stop using the Stores at any time. Sections that by nature should survive (including 8–11 and 14) survive termination. 14. Governing law and disputes These Terms are governed by the laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. The courts of Hong Kong have exclusive jurisdiction, provided that YiQuest may seek injunctive or equivalent relief in any jurisdiction to protect its IP or platform. Before filing a claim, the parties will attempt good-faith resolution through support@yiquest.com for 30 days. 15.
